Bio:
Professor Ghosh teaches courses in the areas of intellectual property, copyright, patent, trademark, international intellectual property, antitrust and competition policy, business associations, and law & economics.
He holds a BA from Amherst College, a PhD in Economics from The University of Michigan, and a JD from Stanford. He clerked for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Department of Justice Antitrust Division, and the law firm of Baker & McKenzie.
His articles have appeared in edited volumes published by Cambridge University Press, Stanford University Press, The University of Calgary, and The MIT Press and in The Journal of the Copyright Society of the USA, The Journal of the Patent and Trademark Office,
The Illinois Law Review, The Florida Law Review, The Berkeley Technology Law Journal, The Harvard Journal of Law and Technology, The San Diego Law Review, The UC Davis Law Review and The Santa Clara Law Review.
He has been invited to lecture at the Oxford Center for Intellectual Property, Oxford Internet Institute, The University of Edinburgh, The University of Tokyo, National Law School of India University in Bangalore, National Academy for Legal Studies and Research in Hyderabad, and Queen Mary's University.
